Initial Site Assessment
We come out, review the plans, and confirm what's required against the design levels and tolerance spec. Quote confirmed before work starts.

Bulk Site Cut or Fill to Design Levels
Excavation and/or fill placement to achieve design sub-grade. Coordinated with your engineer's levels — not estimated from a site walk.

Sub-Grade Preparation & Compaction
Sub-grade compacted to specification. On reactive or soft soils, compaction testing can be arranged if required by the engineer or certifier.

Road Base or Fill Placement
Road base placed to required depth and compacted in lifts. Material supplied via the Kenworth tipper where required — same contractor, same job.

Laser-Levelled Finish Grade
Bobcat T66 with laser blade achieves the finish tolerances required for commercial slab or hardstand preparation. Confirmed with your concreters before we leave.

Drainage & Site Services Coordination
Drainage falls and service trenches integrated into the site preparation scope where applicable — not left for a second contractor to solve.
